Based in Emmendingen, Germany. Wehrle Werk AG also operates in the Energy and Production Engineering sectors across Europe.

We offer our customers innovative solutions alongside a range of services developed to optimise the delivery of turnkey installations. Our services include development of design concepts, laboratory trials, pilot trials, process engineering design, production control, commissioning, maintenance, optimisation, servicing, provision of spare parts and consumables, and plant operation and financing.

Design Concepts

We will evaluate individual projects based on specific site conditions and requirements. Our detailed investigations are then used to produce

preliminary design concepts for further discussion with our clients at the feasibility stage.

Laboratory Plants

Wehrle Environmental is able to arrange a variety of tests to characterise water and waste streams using either our in-house laboratory services or various specialist laboratories we have developed excellent working relationships with.

We have laboratory scale test systems incorporating membrane and filtration media including activated carbon.

Pilot Plants

Our pilot systems, including a range of technologies, can be hired out for use on a variety of problem water and waste sources. We also carry out research in collaboration with universities.

Our experienced process engineers operate and optimise the pilot trials and use the results obtained to develop detailed engineering designs.

Process Engineering Design

The information gathered through design concept development, laboratory and pilot scale tests is used to develop our process engineering designs.

Advanced computer software packages are used to model process systems and develop computer aided designs.

Production Control

We are able to manufacture and assemble containerised and skid-mounted components in our German production facility, and also undertake wet testing of process and control systems prior to despatch.

This results in less time required on site for installation and commissioning activities.

Commissioning & Process Optimisation

Wehle Environmental’s team of dedicated process engineers provide a friendly and professional on-site service which involves full process commissioning and optimisation of our systems.

Proving tests and ongoing performance trials are supervised as required by our qualified engineers.

Maintenance & Servicing

We are able to provide comprehensive maintenance schedules and servicing packages tailored to specific project requirements.

Spare Parts & Consumables

As part of our commitment to provide a single source solution to your waste problem, Wehrle Environmental can provide a comprehensive price list of spare parts and consumables specifically required for your project.

Plant Operation and Financing

Many of our clients, who have an ongoing responsibility to provide adequate wastewater treatment, decide to enter into long term service contracts comprising plant construction and operation.

The advantages of these contracts are that they can lead to an extremely efficient, economical and risk free form of treating wastewater that is paid for over the long term.
